Conference Costs (in USD)

  • Costs include a one-day lunch, refreshments, a CD of conference proceedings, and access to sessions and talks.

  • Accommodation and additional day lunches are extra, based on participant requests.

  •  The maximum allowed length for each paper is 5 pages. For any additional page, a fee of $ 50 per page will be charged.
  • IEEE members receive a 20% discount.

  • One full registration is required per paper.

  • For additional papers, half of the registration fee is added per paper.
