Costs include a one-day lunch, refreshments, a CD of conference proceedings, and access to sessions and talks.

Accommodation and additional day lunches are extra, based on participant requests.
- The maximum allowed length for each paper is 5 pages. For any additional page, a fee of $ 50 per page will be charged.
- IEEE members receive a 20% discount.
