Will the papers be indexed in the IEEE Xplore database?

Yes, the English-language papers presented at the conference will be indexed in the IEEE Xplore database, provided that they meet the necessary requirements (similarity check, etc.).

Is accommodation available for participants?

Yes, accommodation is available. The conditions for accommodation will be announced later.

How will the papers be presented?

The conference will be held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual participation. Further information regarding the presentation format for papers will be announced in due course.

How many papers can each author be involved in as the main or co-author?

No restrictions apply.

Where will the papers be indexed?

Currently, Persian-language papers are indexed in Civilica and the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).

The presented English papers will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.

Is the fee for Persian and English papers the same?

The fees will be announced soon in the Fees section.

Are there page limits for the papers submitted in English?

Yes. Both English and Persian articles must be a maximum of 6 pages. Any additional pages will require a payment.

Will the certificate for papers presented orally differ from those presented as posters?

No, the certificates for paper presentations will be the same.

Is early review of papers (before the announced review result date) possible?

No, the review results will be announced after the final meeting of the review committee on the date specified in the system.

Will the submitted manuscripts be checked for textual similarity (Plagiarism Check) or originality?

Yes, all submitted manuscripts will be checked for textual similarity.

What is the maximum allowable similarity for submitted manuscripts?

The overall similarity index of a paper must not exceed 20%, and the similarity with any single source (or individual paper) must not exceed 5%.
